Scattered notices, one calendar

The problem
Mystery signings, releases and events were scattered across publisher and bookshop notices.
What was built
Scheduled reading of public sources, AI extraction of dates, places and registration steps, and human review before publishing. Each entry keeps its source text.
Today
The calendar is public, with ICS and RSS feeds. As of 2026-11-04 its source directory lists 50 channels; that is the directory size, not the number monitored continuously.
Good for
Clubs and small teams that track public sources over time. Sources and review rules are set up per project; there is no self-serve signup.

A custom site for your brand

The problem
A club needed its own brand, several languages and a home for its journal. Standard templates could not hold that.
What was built
For Chiwutang: an original visual identity in Chinese, English and Japanese. Its journal Phospho, Vol. 5 has its own reading site, with page jumps and contents across 235 pages.
Today
Both sites are public. This is custom work, not a template.
Good for
Clubs and small organizations that need their own look or special features. Quoted by scope, with optional long-term maintenance.

Chiwutang, a mystery criticism collective, is the first user of AjajaLab’s products. The calendar, website and reading site all come from this one project, not from several clients.

How a project works

AjajaLab is a personal brand. The developer designs and builds each project with AI tools and reviews the work by hand. Pricing has two parts: a one-time development fee, plus optional hosting and maintenance.

There is no product or test version yet. Planned support covers source and version records, text and image fingerprints, and matching suspected reposts on the public web. The output will be a report of leads; people decide whether anything infringes.
